InnovatO.R.S. Inc. was incorporated in 2001 as the president, Osborne R. (Bob) Sheddy, graduated with a business degree and entered the business world. The company quickly acquired its first real estate investment, an old multiuse building in Drumheller, Alberta. The half occupied building was antiquated and needed repairs. Within six months, Mr. Sheddy had renovated the property, received all municipal fire and safety approvals, and filled the building to 100% occupancy. Not only did the property now have a cap rate of 24%, but it also appraised for twice the original purchase price. InnovatO.R.S. has grown steadily ever since.
Mr. Sheddy has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is a Commercially Accredited Real Estate Associate Broker, as well as a Commercial Insurance Agent.
